Besides the problem of crimes in Valley Street, some
residents have also noticed a sudden increase in the number of stray cats and
dogs in the area. The streets are littered with cat food as people are feeding these cats. In addition, there are
also reported cases of joggers being bitten by stray dogs. Something needs to
be done about these stray animals.
SOLUTIONS:
1. Don't dump pets when you don't need them, don't forget how you loved it and needed it since the first time you bought it!
2. Stop littering, and how about, doing the 3 "R" - Reduce, Recycle, Reuse!
3. Don't feed the stray cats, call SPCA.
